Questions and Answers

Understand the pilot, find your way around WEYSENS and agree what information to share before an assessment.

The founding client pilot

What is the WEYSENS pilot?

A focused, evidence-led review of one agreed operational area. We identify losses, constraints and risks, then explain what management should address first.

Who is it for?

Manufacturing SMEs experiencing downtime, delay, waste, rework, planning problems, material shortages or limited management visibility.

How does it work?

We agree the scope and evidence request, review the operating context remotely, analyse the findings and present a practical decision package.

What information do you need?

Only proportionate evidence relevant to the agreed scope, such as schedules, KPI summaries, downtime or quality records, layouts, photographs and procedures.

What do we receive?

A professional management report, five priority losses, constraints or risks, visible assumptions, a realistic 30-day action plan and a 60-minute remote decision meeting.

Do you need site access or system integration?

No. The founding pilot is remote-first and does not require ERP or MES integration, live monitoring or unrestricted access to company systems.

Do you guarantee savings?

No responsible diagnostic can guarantee savings before reviewing the evidence. Where financial impact can be estimated, we show the evidence, assumptions and level of confidence.

How is our information protected?

We minimise the data requested, agree its purpose and handling before transfer, and can work under an NDA. Sensitive or confidential data is accepted only through an agreed secure route and approved controls.

What happens after the pilot?

You may implement the recommendations internally or discuss a further WEYSENS engagement. There is no subscription and no obligation to continue.

When will we receive the report?

Delivery is within 10 working days after the required information has been received and the formal start has been agreed. WEYSENS confirms the scope and start date with you.

How do we confirm the offer and availability?

Contact WEYSENS to confirm the current founding client offer, availability and agreed scope before placing an order.

Using the website and Nicole

What does WEYSENS do?

WEYSENS helps identify recurring operational losses, examine the evidence and discuss where improvement could create measurable value.

Where should I start?

Start with one recurring operational problem. You can explore the platform, see the product walkthrough or contact WEYSENS for a conversation.

Where can I see how the platform works?

The Platform page explains the five steps: detect, explain, quantify, prioritise and verify.

Can I see an example?

Yes. The product walkthrough uses an illustrative example to show how a loss can become an evidence-based value case.

Where are your services?

The Solutions page shows the areas WEYSENS addresses. For a focused first discussion, you can also read about the remote manufacturing assessment.

Do you work remotely?

WEYSENS describes a remote-first assessment designed to focus on one operational problem without unnecessary site disruption. The exact scope is agreed in a conversation.

How do I ask for a demo?

Email hello@weysens.co.uk to request a demo or pilot discussion. The website contact form currently does not transmit information.

Where can I contact a person?

Email hello@weysens.co.uk for a general enquiry or director@weysens.co.uk for the Founder and Director, Mr Tomasz Wisniewski. The Contact Us page also lists company details.

Does the website form send my message?

No. The Contact Us page currently says online form delivery is disabled. Please use the direct email address shown there.

What should I include in my first message?

Briefly describe the type of problem, the affected process at a high level and what decision you need to make. Please leave out confidential records and detailed production data.

Where can I read about security?

The Security & Trust page explains WEYSENS design principles and the current product-development status.

Are you ISO certified?

The site describes ISO readiness as a roadmap. It does not claim that those certifications have already been obtained.

Can I go back to the homepage?

Is Nicole a person?

Nicole is a digital website assistant. She helps with navigation and general information. A WEYSENS representative handles specific business discussions.

Can Nicole answer every question?

I can help with published WEYSENS information and common website tasks. If I do not have a verified answer, I will say so and direct you to WEYSENS.
